We can not carry pet animals, but we will try and accommodate assistance dogs where possible.
We only allow our highly trained drivers to drive our trains. However, you might be lucky enough to get to sit in the driver's seat for a photo opportunity! Don't forget to upload your favorite snaps onto our social media pages!
We are only able to offer a refund when the trains are not able to run. If your train service operates, refunds will not be possible.
Normally it is possible to break your journey at Far Leys Station when on a standard train service, but it may not be possible during certain special event days and services.
All changes to booked tickets are subject to an administration fee, and will only be possible if there is space on another time/date. It may not be possible to make changes close to the event. Any change requests must come from the original person who made the booking.
