Terms and Conditions - Echills Wood Railway

 

Whist every effort will be made to adhere to the published timetable, all dates, times and services are subject to amendment or cancellation.

The Echills Wood Railway cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused should it become necessary to alter or cancel the advertised services.

Dogs are not permitted to travel, other than trained assistance dogs. No other animals will be admitted.

Echills Wood Railway operate real, coal burning steam locomotives in front of our open coaches. By their very nature, they can and do emit hot oil, smoke, steam, ash and soot. Please ensure that clothing worn is suitable for the experience. We are not able to take any responsibility for soiling of clothing from these emissions.

Ticket holders consent to photographing, filming and sound recording as visitors for the purpose of security and marketing.

Car parking is not included in any ticket pricing.

The Echills Wood Railway reserve the right to ask any member of the public to leave the railway if it is deemed necessary to do so, including if they are seen using abusive language, unruly behaviour that is likely to cause themselves or others harm or damage any property.

 

Online Booking

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Echills Wood Railway and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Echills Wood Railway for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.  Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

 

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

It may, in exceptional circumstances, be possible to change the date and time of a ticket, once it has been confirmed there is availability.

Changes will carry a minimum of £5.00 administration fee.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any bookings, unless requested within 14 days of purchase and the event was more than 14 days after the booking date.
